What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Refer a customer and when they book a session and pay their deposit you receive 15% off your session!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I like to meet in person or speak with a client over the phone to get to know more about them and their style before we get started as well figuring out what it is the client expects out of the session. Once I feel I know a little more about them I will send a request for a deposit to hold the date of the session and we move on from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken several photography courses as well as photoshop manipulation courses at Herron School of Art and Design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a soft spot for photography and being behind the camera. It wasn't until I was in college struggling to chose a major I was passionate about did I decide to take a chance and start my photography business and I've never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers and done all sorts of sessions including wedding, maternity, event photography, newborn, boudoir, family, senior, birth sessions, birthday pictures and more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with someone who you hit off with on a personal level. I've found clients work well and feel better working with someone they enjoy being around and feel comfortable with!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask yourself what your style is and what type of photography are you looking for because every photographer has their own touch to photos that make them unique, find what you like!
